LBG Career Center
The LBG Career Center is the first point of contact for questions on career development for (young) researchers and managers in and outside academia.
The goal of the LBG Career Center is to support young researchers in achieving their individual career goals in or outside of academia. This is done through confidential, individual counseling and support of (young) researchers as well as the conception and organization of various offers. In addition, the CC regularly carries out quality assurance measures and networks with relevant communities from science and industry. The LBG Career Center is currently funded by the National Foundation for Research, Technology and Development for a third project phase until the end of 2024 and is located in the premises of the LBG office.
LBG’s vision is to take on a pioneering role with the LBG Career Center as a competence center for intersectoral career development and to open up offers developed and tested in the CC to other research organizations and universities.
